| XL Reporter (XLR) is "live" Excel-based report writer, consolidation tool, budgeting & forecasting tool and query tool that will completely automate all of your reporting and budgeting processes.
XLR offers a drag and drop user interface to make report building and ad-hoc queries much easier. In addition, the Advanced Report Builder is seamlessly integrated into Excel, so that you have all the functionality of Excel to incorporate into your report templates (no need to export to Excel ever again). There are also Tree Builder modules to create GL account groupings. The Tree Modules will automatically maintain your reports and GL accounts will be automatically assigned to trees and nodes when accounts are added in Dynamics. XLR also has a mapping (meta-data) layer that converts the SQL tables names into plain English terms. This empowers Accounting, Finance and Management to be in control of their own reporting.
