| DynamicZip™ imports and creates tax details and schedules for all of the sales and use tax rates in the entire U.S. and Canada. The tax rates and addresses are updated monthly.
DynamicZip™ auto populates city and state based on zip code for customer addresses and auto assigns the correct tax schedule based on the customer's address. DynamicZip™ has it’s own large assortment of reports that use the information stored in your Great Plains SQL tables. That way the reports and the accounting system are always in sync. The reports are very powerful, flexible, and accurate. DynamicZip™ has a Report Wizard that can be used to help create state tax reports. The DynamicZip™ state reports are configured automatically by the wizard to show the information that the particular state tax administrator(s) request to be reported on. There is a DynamicZip™ report (Sales – Option F) that prints to file and can be used with CCH’s ZIPsales Returns™ service for generating signature-ready returns. DynamicZip™ does not use any alternate Great Plains windows and works completely behind the scenes.
