| Field Service Management Call Scheduler provides GP Field Service Management (FSM) users with the essential functionality required to effectively allocate calls to technicians. Fully integrated with the GP Field Service Modules, service calls created within GP are automatically visible within Call Scheduler. These calls can then be assigned to the relevant technician, or technicians, using a simple calendar view and drag-and-drop functionality.
