Aloha,

Has anyone actually successfully implemented this?  Is it truly secure?

I plan to upgrade to BP3.0 this spring for the sole reason of allowing our users to access Business Portal from outside our network.  If itís a headache to install but eventually works, thatís OK.  I just donít want to go down the path and it turns out that it has a ton of holes, and we have to remove access.  Bad PR is not needed.

Mahalo,

Yes I have.  We have MBS's largest BP 3.0 install as clients (an unlimited license - actually 1,000,000 users).  There is not an issue.  It is a secure website and it works great.  Just make sure you have enough horse power and RAM in you Web Server...
