Has anyone had success with clients in both the US and Europe having different date formats? I know to set the Windows Regional date, however once set, hitting the Tab key does not stop at the date field and changing it constantly has become an issue.

I'm not sure whiy you're getting this. Setting the regional setting on the workstation should do it. Are you using Terminal Services, RDP, or Citrix? If so remember to change the regional setting for the user profiles on the TS server
