Can CRM be connected to two email domains

Hi,
 
Can CRM 4.0 be connected to two seperate email domains. I have some users who are on domain 1 and others who are on domain 2. There are some users who need send emails from both domains. Can I set up both domains with CRM 4.0? Can a user be associated with more than 1 email address?
