Dear all,
I installed Solomon Ver. 7 FP 1 in windows server 2008 x64 in
an IBM server. I found a weird on Country/Region, Zip, Phone/Ext fields in
customer maintenance screen. They seem could not be updated. Every I change
with a new value on those fields and then save it, they just return to
previous values. Another weird, when I click the customize mode (on
customize mode), those fields have the false visible property, and if I
click again the customize mode (on normal mode), those fields were
disappeared. Actually, my local computer also has the same behavior (solomon
and operating system) with the IBM server but those fields look
well.
I have compared the regional setting between server and my local
computer, the result was all configuration have already the same as my local
computer.
I also have compared both SolInst.cfg and SivInst.cfg, and the
result was no problem with those files.
Do you have any idea about
others configuration? Is it operating system or Solomon configuration
?

Thank you for replying. Actually I didn't install any hotfix for FP1 since I could not find it in knowledge base. My client use remote desktop to login to SL, and all security have already full trust.
