i have the following question with Dynamics AX and MS CRM:
First off, these are two VERY different products with two very different purposes.

2. Is it possible to download Dynamics AX frameowrk for free?
Not that I'm aware of.

3. what are the developer restrictions on Dynamics AX framework?
Dynamics is so extensible, it is nearly open-source. Almost every method in the program can be viewed, customized, edited, or overridden.

4. Is possible for me to edit Dynamics AX framework?
The framework, no. However, through MorphX and X++ (the Dynamics programming language) you can customize the program.

5. does Dynamics AX framework provide fucntions for CRUD operations?
Yes

6. How much C# i should know to develop application (windows) with Dynamics AX framework?
Basic interactions with AX are very easy, using the AX Business Connector. If you can write enough C# to talk to an SQL database, you can probably figure out how to talk to Dynamics.

7. where can i find resource for Dynamics AX books...etc?
Buy Inside Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. Hands-down, the best investment I've made as an AX developer.

8. I have only developed two projects on ERP as portions of ERP invoicing systems and CRM application, would this be enough for me to write applications with Dynamics AX framework?
Depends on how complex your application is...

9. where i can get sample applications written with Dynamics AX?
Google is a great place to start. Also try the Axaptopedia.

10. My aim is to write applications using Dynamics AX framework having windows forms as client (on C#), would i be able to acheive my goal with Dynamics AX?
Yes, using the Business Connector.
