Hi, i have crm 2011 problem here.

In an entity, i have 2 forms, Form 1 and Form 2. Both of them have a field called "form number". In CRM 2011, there is an option inside left panel for user to switch between form.

The thing is , i want the form to auto navigate to a certain form when the "form number" equals to something, let say navigate to Form 1 when the value in "form number" equals 1, and vice versa. I can do this by using (javascript) one if statement, two if statements, and switch case. But after the form auto navigate, the ribbon will be disabled. I even put a flag to prevent redirect. My script is as below:

Xrm.Page.ui.formSelector.items.get(0).navigate();

and the flag is :

if (parent.document.getElementById("new_indic") == null) {
var newdiv = document.createElement('div');
newdiv.setAttribute('id', "new_indic");

parent.document.body.appendChild(newdiv);

//my if statement or switch case here
}

any help please, my boss is rushing...notworthy.gifnotworthy.gifnotworthy.gifnotworthy.gif

Hi, we use CRM 2011 UR7.

Whenever we try to create an email on a specific organization, we are getting a login screen in the EMAIL BODY area.

Could anyone please check and let us know the solution?

This happens with only one organization. All others work fine.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could give me some guidance on how to customise my below scenario:

running CRM 2011 on premise, we have a mailbox which receives emails everyday which contains information which ideally I would like a workflow to update the status in each of our accounts. For example, receiving an acknowledgement email would then update the "account status" field in the form based on the information in the subject line (subject: acknowledgement - workflow then recognises this and updates the status in the form).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Regards

Sam
