Go to Manager -> Reports -> Items -> Item Value List.  Change the filter to be Inactive = 1 (or True).

In the Item Value List, if you hover over the Item Lookup Code column, the cursor will turn to a Magnifying Glass.  When this happens in RMS, it means you can double click for an action.  In this case it will bring up the item's properties.  You can then set it to Active and save the changes.  Alternatively, if you have many items to do, you can use the Inventory Wizard to make items either Active or Inactive in bulk.

Hope this helps.

To make an inactive item active:

1.       On the Wizards menu, click Inventory Wizard, and then click Next.

2.       In the Inventory tasks box, click Task 200: Make Items Active, and then click Next.

3.       Select the item you want to make active, click Next, and then click Finish.
