Transmission Header - Incorrect Length

   I am getting the following error message every time I run payroll:

There is an error in the Transmission Header - Incorrect length

The only solution that I found was a permission's error.  Unfortunately, that is not the solution.  I have administrative rights, but I still tried the fix and am still getting the error.  

We recently upgraded our system to Great Plains 2010.  I can go to the server and continue the process, but I'd really like to stop getting this error.  Everything worked great before the upgrade.
