BSL to VBA Customization Converted for SL2011

   We are in the process of upgrading from SL6.5 sp1 to SL2011 sp1. All of our BSL screen customizations were converted to VBA and tested successfully in 6.5. I have now imported them into the new 2011 test environment after deleting from Custom, Custom2 and CustomVBA and the Service Dispatch, Service Call Entry screen (SD.200.00) will not open. Upon selecting the screen the following message is received

"SD - Service Call Entry
SD - Service Call Entry has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program"

The only option in the message to proceed is "Close the Program"

We had 88 BSL customized screens that were converted to VBA, I haven't checked them all in 2011 yet but the ones I have checked are all fine. The Service Call Entry screen is our most heavily customized screen.

Has anyone encountered this message? It doesn't provide any details and I have no idea where to start trying to troubleshoot.

	One way to try is: * delete the SD screen customization from 2011. * get the 6.5 VBA code for that screen * copy the code in notepad * Open VBA Editor for SD screen in 2011, and try to compiler it and see where complier is complaining.
