Hello Experts -

In "Service Call Entry SD.20.000" screen, there is "Customer Search" button. When the user click this button, it will open "Customer Lookup" screen. After the user search for customer and click "Select", I want to pass some custom parameter to the "Service Call Entry" (the parent form). Is there anyway to achieve that?

Thank you in advance!

On forms written with the SDK, you can specify return parameters in the screen exit call.  And then when focus is brought back to the parent form, you would use ApplGetReturnParms function.  Since this is an existing subform of the entry screen you're kind of limited.  I took a peek and it seems as though the OK button on the form is just setting the buffer values of smservcall.CustomerID and smservcall.ShipToID.  So if that was the data you were looking to get back, you could add code to that button's click event to getbuffervalue and populate variables.
