Need help on how to get the system date or server date, because upon checking the workstations are getting their local date when creating transactions. how would I change it to get the server date?

Thanks in advance

bpes.today may be simplest

Depends on where you are, though.  Also that user has logged in on the given day.

Can use pure .Net, check DateTime.Today, and UTC

Could also try something exotic:
Select GetDate()
Though need to create a buffer, etc to really get it

If the form in use was left open from the previous day, bpes.Today would still show the previous day's date.  You should use GetSysDate and GetSysTime functions to grab the current.

Ex:   Call GetSysDate(bTable.DateField)
